She was a graduate of Kimball High School, in Kimball, West Virginia, and a graduate of Columbus State Community College with an associate degree in Psychology.
Patricia was the Founding Pastor of Grace and Peace Ministries. Pastor Strickland was truly a prayer warrior. In her leisure, she loved to fish and was an avid bowler. She was also known for her dancing skills.
Preceded in death by Helen Smith, Clifton Johnson, Hallie Simpson, and Sandra Hoyle.
