Frank Taplin, 60, former resident of Anatone, died Sunday near Spokane where he had been the last 23 years.
He was born in Dayton, Wash., and went to Anatone in 1880 where he farmed nearly 38 years before going to Spokane.
Survivors include three brothers, Ocsar Taplin, Asotin; Ora taplin, Canada; and Arthur Taplin, Waterloo, Iowa.
Services will be conducted Wednesday at 10:30 from the Anatone Methodist Church.
Interment will be in the Anatone Cemetery.
The body was received yesterday at Merchant's Chapel.
