Found his information in the Connecticut, Hale Collection of Cemetery Inscriptions and Newspaper Notices, 1629-1934 book, vol 9, p. #22 on Ancestry.com. I am assuming he died in Chester although I know nothing more about him.
11 Dec 2020, Update: After reviewing the page Joseph was on, I recently noticed there was a Jared Arnold below him. It reads, Arnold, Jared, son of Joseph & Anna, died Jan 9,1814, age 19.
There are other Arnold's listed in this book for this cemetery but they are on other pages.
