He had been employed by the Cherry Burrell Corp. for a number
of years.
Surviving are his wife, a brother, Ira Congdon, of Dolgeville; a sister, Mrs. Fay Barnes, Indian Castle; a stepson Bernard Nelair, and a stepdaughter, Mrs. Cleo Boutell, both of St. Johnsville.
Funeral services for Peter Congdon, 54, of 64 West Main St,
were held yesterday at the Shepardson funeral home, Little Falls. The Rev. Frederick C. Thorne, pastor of the First Baptist Church, Little Falls, officiated.
Burial was made at the Church Street Cemetery, Little Falls. Amsterdam Evening Recorder, Thursday, January 30, 1958
