Charlotte was born in Jonesboro and lived most of her life in the country just north of Jonesboro and was a 1972 graduate of Crowley's Ridge Academy in Paragould. She attended the University of Arkansas-Fayetteville and was a graduate of Arkansas State University in Jonesboro. Charlotte worked over 20 years as a Byproducts Manager with Riceland Foods in Jonesboro and served in the Arkansas National Guard, assigned to C Battery in Harrisburg.
Charlotte was a member of Brookland Church of Christ and was an adult leader for the Greensboro 4-H Club for several years. She was active with Master Gardeners and was a long-time member of the Northeast Arkansas Cattlemens Association. She enjoyed gardening and working in the muscadine vineyard.
Charlotte was preceded in death by a grandson, Tristan Taylor.
Survivors include her husband, Eric Grant of the home;
parents: Herman and Ermel Burton Tinsley of Jonesboro;
2 sons and their wives: Shannon and Jessica Roberson of Jonesboro and
Shaun and Carey Roberson of Bryant;
1 daughter and her husband: Samantha and Trey Coffey of Newport;
1 sister, Marian Tinsley of Jonesboro;
6 grandchildren: Aidan Roberson, Jordan Ferrell, Dylan and wife Samantha Ferrell, Christopher Grant Taylor, Coen Roberson and Cali Roberson.
Graveside funeral services conducted in Philadelphia Cemetery with Jeff Heitman and Joe Lyons officiating. Pallbearers: Dylan Ferrell, Grant Taylor, Jordan Ferrell, Aidan Roberson, Shannon Roberson and Shaun Roberson.
