Surviving is: One sister; Carolyn (Duvall) Schoudt and the late George Schoudt of Tucker, GA; Two nephews; Gregory and wife Pat Schoudt of Lawrenceville, GA; Jeff and wife Doris Hardin of Warren, OH; Two nieces; Penny and husband Darrell Hite of Leesburg, SC; Kelly Hardin of Southington, OH; Several great nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Neva helped rear two nephews Eric and wife Hope Bosworth and David Bosworth both of King George, VA.
She was preceded in death by one sister; Phyllis (Duvall) Hardin.
Neva was owner and operator with her husband of the Paul Baker potato chip company in Colonial Beach, VA during 1972-80. She worked for the Department of Defense for the Army division at the Pentagon for years and after retiring returned to her role as a homemaker.
She completed one year at Fairmont State College. Neva loved making wreaths and floral arrangements, and she was a Methodist by Faith.
Friends will be received at the Wright Funeral Home 216 N. Walnut St. Philippi, WV on Tuesday May 12, from 5-8:00 p.m. and on Wednesday May 13, from 8:00 a.m. -1:00 p.m. the service hour with Rev. Alicia Rapking officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt. Vernon Memorial Cemetery.
