Harriette Virginia Blaydon, 99, of Elizabethtown, entered into eternal rest on June 23, 2021 surrounded by her loving family at the Masonic Village. She was born April 9, 1922 in Hazeltown, PA to the late William and Resta (Sheetz) McHose. She was predeceased by her loving husband Robert William Blaydon. In addition to her husband she was predeceased by a son, Donald Blaydon. She is survived by 2 sons, Ronald Blaydon and wife Nancy and Robert Blaydon and wife Loretta; 9 grandchildren, Kelley, Kim, Kathy, Chris, Steve, Missy, Andy, Dan, and Sam; and 10 great-grandchildren. Harriette was a dedicated volunteer for over 35 years at Frye Village. She was a member of Merry Widows. Most importantly she was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Burial will take place in Ebenezer Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to Matinchek Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 260 E.
