Mrs. William A. Van Horn, aged 39 years, of 597 James street, died of complications last night at 10:20 in the Hazleton State Hospital, where she was rushed by ambulance for treatment. She was a member of St. Paul's M.E. church.
Surviving is her husband and the following children: Orval, LaRue, William, Anna, Esther, Audrey, Gordon, Robert, Ruth, John Charles; her father, William McHose, of Trevorton, and the following brothers and sisters: Mrs. Fred Seible, Weatherly; Mrs. Geneva Prugh, Easton; Norvin McHose, of New York, and Gordon McHose, of this city.
