Michael Holster, pastor, Second Baptist Church, Levelland, officiating. Burial will be in City of Levelland Cemetery under direction of George Price Funeral Home. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Sunday, November 17, 2013 from 2:00 pm until 4:00pm. She died Thursday, November 14, 2013 in Levelland.

Opal was born on September 12, 1921 in Vanoss, Oklahoma to David Vernon and Fannie (Cross) Soloman. She married Hearl "Red" Adams on November 9, 1940 in Marlowe, Oklahoma and he preceded her in death in 1995. She was a homemaker and a member of Second Baptist Church.

Survivors include her son, daughter, two sisters, a brother, four grandchildren, five great grandchildren, grandchildren by marriage, and great grandchildren by marriage.
