Larry Joe Hinkle, 79, of Frankfort, IN, died on April 18, 2020 at Witham Hospital in Lebanon, IN. He was born on August 24, 1940 in Tipton County, IN to Oliver Rome and Marguerite (Suite) Hinkle. He married Connie Marie Donoho on June 16, 1961 at Connie’s parents’ home and she survives.
Larry was a graduate of Kempton High School. He worked at Chrysler for over 30 years and retired in the mid 1990’s. He was a member of Eagle Harvest Ministry, Moose Lodge, former member of Eagles and Rossville Masonic Lodge. Larry enjoyed old cars and automobile racing.
He is survived by his wife; two children; four grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, Larry was preceded in death by a great-grandson, Roman Hinkle.
Private family services will be held on Wednesday, April 22, 2020 at Goodwin Funeral Home, 200 S. Main St., Frankfort. Burial will be in Bunnell Cemetery.
