Cynthia "Sue" Whitfield, 44, of rural Manito died Monday, April 17, 1995, at her home.
She was born June 7, 1950, in Peoria to Chris C. and Margaret Werner Weimer.
Surviving are her mother of Pekin; one son, Nicholas R. Whitfield Jr. of Manito; four daughters, Angela M. Pritchett of Pekin, Andrea L. Whitfield of Manito, Tami R. Whitfield of Manito and Jenny Hager of Tennessee; 11 grandchildren; one brother, Chris "Mike" Weimer; and one sister, Vickey L. Gilbert of Manito. She was preceded in death by her father.
She was employed as a bartender at Mel's Family Inn in Manito and formerly worked at the Salvation Army Thrift Store in Peoria.
Burial will be in Lutheran Cemetery in Peoria.
