Mrs. Anna Schlange, 86, a resident of this city for seventy-five years, died at 2:35 o'clock yesterday morning in Springfield hospital. Mrs. Schlange, who had been ill a week, resided at 901 North Fourth street.
Decedent was born March 24, 1848, in Ahreniville, Germany. On Feb 24, 1866, she married Henry Schlange, who died March 22, 1911. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Lena Miller, and a grandson, Henry Miller, both of Springfield. A son, August, preceded her in death.
Remains were removed to the W.T. Vancil funeral home, where services will be held at 2 o'clock tomorrow afternoon. Re. Paul Schulz will officiate and interment will be made in Oak Ridge cemetery.
