Ronald "Ronnie" Lynn Lawson, 61, of Tigrett, Tennessee died on Friday, April 10, 2020, at his residence in Tigrett, Tennessee.

Born Tuesday, July 1, 1958 in Chicago, Illinois, he was the son of the late William Arnold Lawson and the late Rosie Marie Hawks Harris. He was an employee of James Adcock Electric and Plumbing Company. Mr. Lawson served as Fire Chief for theTigrett Fire Department for many years, served as a First Responder and was a member of the Rescue Squad for the community of Tigrett.

Given current national conditions and the family's concern for the health and well-being of others, private graveside services, for immediate family only, for Mr. Lawson will be held at Sorrell's Chapel Cemetery. Officiating this service will be Mr. Paul Greer.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Sharon Hicks Lawson of Tigrett, Tennessee; three sons, Jimmy Lowe of Dyersburg, Tennessee, Ronnie Lawson, Jr. (Shonda) of Florence, Alabama and Jeremy Lowe (Stephanie) of Dyersburg, Tennessee; six daughters, Jenny Buwalda (Mark) of Jackson, Tennessee, Stephanie Ballard (Mark) of Dyersburg, Tennessee, Starla White (Jamie) of Florence, Alabama, Patricia Millican (Rick) of Southaven, Mississippi, Jerona Lawson Puckett (Jason) of Tigrett, Tennessee and Lori Helm (Brent) of Burlison, Tennessee; three brothers, William Lawson (Teresa) of Dyersburg, Tennessee, Homer Lawson (Julia) of Webster, Texas and Mike Lawson (Shauna) of Dyersburg, Tennessee; three sisters, Karen Walley (Tim) of Dyersburg, Tennessee, Deana Mooney (Terry) of Trimble, Tennessee and Becky White (Donnie) of Evansville, Indiana; twenty-four grand children and seven great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one son, Jamie Lowe and one brother, William (Billy) Lawson, Jr.

Honoring Mr. Lawson as pallbearers will be Jeff Beaver, Chris Beaver, Zack Edwards, Daniel Smith and Calvin Johnson.
