Diana M. Stone, age 70, of Topeka, passed away Wednesday, April 8, 2020 at Midland Hospice House in Topeka. Diana was born September 4, 1949 in Topeka, the daughter of Walter and Ruth (Bernard) Stone. She graduated from Topeka West High School and then received a bachelor’s degree from Washburn University. Diana worked for the State of Kansas as a social worker. She was an active member of the Topeka Genealogy Society. Diana is survived by three daughters, loving companion, a brother, seven grandchildren, and three great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Leland Stone and Bernard Stone.
Graveside services will be Friday, April 10, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at the Rochester Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Topeka & Shawnee County Public Library, sent in care of Davidson Funeral Home. davidsonfuneral.com
