Kathleen Susan Morrison-72-Rockford, died Monday March 16, 2020 at 5:08 P.M. at Serenity Hospice Center in Oregon, Illinois. Born October 2, 1947 in Rockford, the daughter of Max and Alyce Klein Royster. She married F. Eugene Morrison in 1968 and was formerly employed at the G.C. Thorson Company as a secretary. She is survived by her son, Bradford Morrison and her four grandchildren and her sister, Nancy (Steven) Casten. Predeceased by her husband , Eugene in 1978, her parents and her sister, Karen.
Because of the CDC guidelines to limit the number of guest as much as possible, the contracting of the virus currently causing great concern, the family is having a private family viewing at 11:00 A.M. Monday, March 23, 2020 at Julian Poorman Welte Funeral Home. The burial will follow at the Scottish Argyle Cemetery next to her husband. A brief burial service will be held at that time. Memorials may be given in care of the family.
