Sara (Haldeman) Lehman, 93, of Conewago Township, passed away peacefully in her home with family by her side on Thursday, April 2, 2020. She was born to the late Benjamin and Barbara (Snavely) Haldeman. She is preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Joseph G. Lehman since May 29, 2011.



She was a faithful church member and Christian. She loved to garden, travel and be outside. Her most precious memories with her late husband was their morning devotions with coffee. Most importantly she was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother and sister.



She is survived by her children: Samuel Lehman and wife Sandra, Miriam Martel and husband Roland, and Barbara Seibert and husband Edward; seven grandchildren; twenty-three great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; siblings, Henry Haldeman, Alice Grady, John Haldeman, and Samuel Haldeman. She is predeceased by a son Robert Lehman since 2016.



A drive-thru viewing will be held on Tuesday, April 7, 2020 from 11AM- Noon at the Rothermel-Finkenbinder Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 25 W. Pine St., Palmyra, PA 17078 in compliance with the COVID-19 regulations. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family at Shenks Community Cemetery, Elizabethtown. A memorial church service will be scheduled at a later date for all family and friends whom she loved dearly.



In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in her memory to Temple Bible Church, 5880 Schoolhouse Rd., Elizabethtown, PA 17022 or to the Bethesda Mission, PO Box 3041, Harrisburg, PA 17105.
