Hans B. Tangen, 72, of 1007 School street, Two Rivers, died this morning after a several years illness.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Klein and Stangel Inc., funeral home, Two Rivers, with burial in Forest View cemetery.

He was born in Norway in 1876 and married Christine Edwardson in 1900. They settled in Two Rivers in 1905. He was employed at the Aluminum Goods company until taken ill.

Surviving are his wife; son, Edwin of Milwaukee; five daughters, Mrs. Arhtur Mermuys and Mrs. Wenzel Kopetsky of route 1, Two Rivers, Mrs. Fritz Kaeser of Aspen, Colo., Mrs. Norman Johnson of Oroville, Calif., and Mrs. Vern Tenney of Berkeley, Calif.; brother, John of Two Rivers; three sisters, Miss Hannah Tangen, Mrs. Marie Johnson and Mrs. Norma Basch all of Chicago.

The body may be viewed after 7 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
