Scott Parkey states that James and Jemima Randall’s actual burial place is here in the old Randall Cemetery "Othar Randall Cemetery," and that their markers used to exist here.

James Randall was alive on 16 July 1860 at the time of the United States Federal 1860 Kentucky Census. He lists his age as 80 years old.

Cemetery photographs are courtesy of jtf and PE Acton Woodall.The son of James and Matilda Randall, James married Jemima Earp on 11 October 1813 in Caswell County, North Carolina. He settled in Pulaski County, Kentucky shortly after, where he worked as a farmer. He and Jemima had eight children.
