Shawnee resident Kenneth D Presley Sr, 75, died Sept. 26, 2004 in an Oklahoma City hospital. He was born June 10, 1929 in Wagoner to Rufus B and Zelma (Wilson) Presley. On September 18, 1949 he married Beatrice Wilkey in Wagoner. Presley worked for the City of Midwest City as a construction inspector for more than 20 years. He was a member and deacon of Calvary Missionary Baptist Church in Tecumseh. He was preceded in death by his parents, a grandson Justin Kenneth Presley, two brothers Pete and Claude Presley, and a sister Martha Presley. Services were held at Calvary Missionary Baptist Church in Tecumseh, burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Gaskill Funeral Chapel of Shawnee.
