She was born Aug. 15, 1955 to George and Billie Bingham of Safford.
Cindy is survived by her parents, George and Billie Bingham; brother Steven Bingham of Safford; sisters Sherri Ellsworth of Show Low and DeAnn Frazier of Safford; children, Kristi Maldonado and Ty Summers of Payson; and five grandchildren, Keegan, Tymothy, Jeric, Billy and Mirandy.
A private family memorial was held.
