Wilma Kilgore King passed away on Monday, June 10, 2019. Her husband, Thomas Monroe King, passed away on Wednesday, June 5, 2019. They had been married for sixty two years.

Attended East Tennessee State University where she studied Secretarial Science.

For many years she was a secretary and bookkeeper for The School District of Greenville County. Much of her time was spent working at Simpsonville Elementary and Bryson Middle School. She also worked at The Biltmore House as a greeter, a job that suited her vivacious personality.

She loved her dogs, going out to eat, fashion, shopping and the beach. She made many of her best friends while living in Poinsettia in Simpsonville, SC. She leaves behind her beloved Korgi, Boscoe.

Predeceased by her parents, Richard and Josephine Huff Kilgore; her brothers, Jess Ray Shell and James Kilgore; and her sisters, Juanita Falin and Cleo Falin.

Survived by two daughters, Terry Fant (Allen) and Cindy Armstrong (Robert); five loving grandchildren, Carley Nichole Fant of Atlanta, GA, Robert William Armstrong, Jr. of Greer, Thomas Cody Armstrong of San Antonio, TX, J. Wyatt Armstrong and Caitlyn Mae Armstrong of Greer.

A private graveside service was held in Rock Springs, TN.

In lieu of flowers, donations could be made to any Humane Society in Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina or Georgia.
