The 1850 US Census shows her living with her sister Emeline Cochrane and family in Milwaukee, WI.
In 1855 census of NY state she lived in Whitestown, Oneida County, NY and boarded with her sisters Harriet and Jane. It looks like they are working in a factory at the time.
In 1860 she is listed as a "Factory Operator" living in a boarding house in Whitestown, NY.
By 1875 NY State Census she is in the Oneida County Poor House in Rome, NY and is listed as a pauper and insane.
The 1880 US census lists her still in the poor house and listed as insane.
Memorial manager note - In modern times we would probably say she was bi-polar. The 1880 US Census of Defective, Dependent, and Delinquent Classes indicates she suffers from "mania."
