Gladys I. (Baublitz) Shultz, 88, formerly of Spring Grove, passed away Wednesday, September 14, 2005, at Manor Care Health Services-Kingston Court. She was the wife of the late Donald L. Shultz. A celebration of life service will be 11 a.m. on Friday at the Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Road in York. A visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. on Friday at the funeral home. Mrs. Shultz was born in Spring Grove on April 9, 1917, a daughter of the late Bert H. and Mazie A. (Yohe) Baublitz. She retired from McCrory's Distribution Center in York. She was a member of Eastminster Presbyterian Church in York, a graduate of Spring Grove High School, and a member of the Galleria Gallopers. Mrs. Shultz leaves a son, Donald L. Shultz, II of York; two daughters, Judith Strine of Aurora, Ohio and Deborah Zane of York; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association, Greater PA Chapter, 3544 N. Progress Ave., Suite 205, Harrisburg, PA 17110.
