Nicole Chavis is Pastor and Minister Miguel Cooper will be officiating. Burial will follow at Boone Settlement Cemetery in Sweeny.
Mrs. Garrett was born August 13, 1925 in Sweeny to Dewey Boone and Rosa Lee (Ruguley) Boone and passed away November 17, 2017 in the comfort of her home surrounded by family.
Survivors include three daughters; Jeanette Garrett Holmes(Clarence) of Sweeny, Alma Jean Douroux (Derrick) of Gardena,CA and Debra Ann Garrett of Katy, TX; one sister Josephine Williams of Rancho Cucamonga, CA; and a host grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
