Eunice Pauline Recher was born on October 6, 1924 in Bellefontaine, Ohio, the daughter of the late Chester and Abigail (Taylor) Dowden, and passed away May 28, 2015 at the age of 90.
Eunice was a registered nurse and a member of All Saints Lutheran Church of Mason, Michigan.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert A. Recher I; and graddaughter, Jody Lynn Emens. Surviving to cherish her memory are 2 daughters, Jeanne (Coe II) Emens, and Margaret (Dean) Piper; 3 sons, Robert A. (Darleen) Recher II, Scott G. (Joan) Recher and John P. Recher; 12 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild; and one brother, Leroy (Elinor) Dowden.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, May 31, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. at All Saints Lutheran Church, 720 W. South St., Mason, MI. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the church.
