Cynthia has lived in the Jonesboro area for over 30 years and was a member of the Methodist Church. She had a love of the arts and enjoyed acting and performing. She was also a local radio personality. In addition to the arts she was a former Jonesboro Jaycee, worked with the March of Dimes, was a local travel agent for several years and a champion "Ci Ci" to her grandchildren.
She is survived by her son, Wes Moore and his Wife Michelle Moore of Jonesboro; sister, E. Suzanne Middleton and her Husband Bob; brother, Barron McMillian and husband Jesse Thomas McQuiston of Jonesboro; aunt, Velcine Howard (Pratt) of Norman, Oklahoma; grandchildren Noah Moore, Jonathan Moore and Luke Moore all of Jonesboro as well as several cousins.
