Indiana State Board of Health Certificate of Death No. 11, page 217 for Jackson Township, Brown County, records that Izilla Mobley, white female, age 3m 10ds, died about 3 a.m. on August 18, 1912 in Jackson Township. The cause of death was "Organic Heart Disease." She was the daughter of Andrew Mobley, and Caroline Sullivan, both born in Brown County. The informant was Otto Arthur, of Maumee, and she was buried at Brown [Crouch] Cemetery in Brown County, on August 19, 1912, J. M. Hise of Houston, undertaker.
