Mobley, white female, age about 18m, died around 11:30 a.m. on October 9, 1906 in Van Buren Township. The cause of death was "Diptheria (Laryngeal) of about 2 days duration, with "Diptheria (Faucial)", of about 5 days duration. She was the daughter of Andrew Mobley, and Caroline Sullivan, both born in Brown County. The informant was Daniel Berry of Houston, and she was buried at Christiansburg Cemetery in Brown County on October 9, 1906, J. M. Hise of Houston, undertaker.
