Central Bridge, March 11 - -Coroner H. R. Bentley, decided that an inquest was net necessary in the case of Frank Smith, found dead near bis home in the Cripple Bush. The doctor decided that the cause of Smith's death was malnutrition, and resulting heart failure. The deceased had lived alone for several years, hut it was not suspected that his condition, financially, was as serious as his death would indicate.

Bentley of Central Bridge has determined as the result of an Inquest that Frank Smith of Sloansville, who was found dead in the snow last week, did not die from exposure but from malnutrition. It developed in the inquest that the man was In destitute circumstances, the severity of which had not been suspected.

Sloansville Man Found Dead in Snow by Neighbor - Frank Smith, who has lived alone since the death of his wife, was found dead near one of the outbuildings by a neighbor, Garlow Ruse . The coroner ordered the body taken to the undertaking rooms by F. R. Farquhar. The remains were buried in the Valley cemetery. Mr. Smith is survived by one brother and three sisters.
