Born March 26, 1937 in Fairchance, PA, he was the son of the late Will and Mary Able. Mr. Miller attended White Savannah Freewill Baptist Church. Every morning when he woke up he spoke these words- "This is the day that the Lord has made, I WILL rejoice and be glad in it." He was a retired owner and operator of an office supply and engraving store. Mr. Miller was an avid exerciser who LOVED going to the gym. More than anything, he was a child of God. Along with his parents, he was predeceased by one sister, Mable Miller and three brothers, Donald, Elmer, and Freddie Miller.
Surviving are his wife, Barbara Miller; his step-children, Lori Grainger (Tony), Angela Bowers (Mickey), and Dennis James (Kathy); 7 step-grandchildren; 11 step great grandchildren; one step great great grandchild; two brothers, Lester Miller (Beverly) and Wendell Able (Patty); two nephews, Jason and Brian Miller; and special family friends, Willie Ann Mitchell and Lenair and Sue McClellan.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 PM Friday, March 13, 2020 at White Savannah Freewill Baptist Church with Rev. Stephen Hyman officiating. Entombment will follow at Hillcrest Mausoleum.
