Barbara Ann (Kelley) Sims passed from this life April 9, 2019 in Hobart, Oklahoma at the age of 76. Barbara was born on November 20, 1942 to Duard Kelley and Martha (Owens) Kelley in Waxahachie, Texas where she grew up and attended school and graduated. After graduation she started her family. Barbara was a beloved mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Barbara loved to watch the birds and liked watching her soap operas. She loved to just go places and sit just to observe people and especially loved being with her family. Barbara is survived by her 4 children: son Jimmy Merriman Fraze and wife Martha of Louisiana, daughter Jerri Lynn Dunn and husband Doug of Lone Wolf OK, son Jeffrey Wayne Fraze Sr. of Elk City OK, son Joey Kent Fraze and wife Linda of Lancaster, Texas, one brother Mike Kelley and wife Cindy of Waxahachie, Texas along with 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, two sisters Elizabeth Manning and Dorothy Jean Phillips, husband Daniel Lee Sims, and grandson Jeffrey Wayne Fraze Jr.
A Family Directed Memorial Graveside Service for Barbara will be held Saturday, March 14, 2020, 2:00 P.M. at the Lone Wolf Cemetery in Lone Wolf, Oklahoma.
