FUNERAL FOR MRS. WM. MILLER HELD WEDNESDAY

Mrs. Wm. Miller (82) died at the New Prague Community Hospital on Monday. She had been taken there when she suffered a stroke at the home of her brother, Al Bradshaw, on Sunday.

Mrs. Miller, who had lived in Vancouver, Washington, for the past 50 years, had been in poor health for some time. In February she came to make her home with the Bradshaws.

Helen R. Bradshaw was a daughter of the late Joseph and Sarah Bradshaw. She was born in Le Center on April 1, 1877, and grew to womanhood in this community.

After her marriage she lived in Vancouver. Mr. Miller died in 1950.

She is survived by her brother and a sister, Mrs. Grace Morrison of Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada.

Visitation was held at Hayden Funeral Home until Wednesday afternoon. Funeral services were conducted at the Episcopal church at 2 p.m. that day. The Reverend Wm. L. Carter officiated.

Burial was in Greenwood Woodlawn Cemetery. Pallbearers were Ray Garvin, Bard Kendall, Chas. Cooley, Lee Brodt, Lavern Lofland and Chet Jameson.
