SMITHFIELD - Funeral services for Samuel Nathaniel Hunt, 28, of Smithfield, who accidentally was electrocuted Thursday while working at the Utah Copper Company plant in Bingham, were conducted Sunday in Smithfield Second Ward chapel.
Mr. Hunt was born in Smithfield July 28, 1912, a son of Samuel and Martha Payne Hunt and lived in Smithfield until last January when he went to Bingham to work.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Lillie Skiby Hunt, whom he married in Logan Temple on June 23, 1936; two children, Ellis and Larry Eugene Hunt; his mother, Mrs. Martha Payne Hunt, all of Smithfield; and the following sisters: Mrs. Bertie Downs, Mrs. Diana Anderson, Mrs. Lillie Mae Bowman, all of Smithfield; Mrs. Marie Baron of Rigby, Idaho, and Mrs. Esther Mecham of Ogden.
Burial in the Logan Cemetery.
