OBITUARY:
"MUNCIE - Eva L. Taylor Carrier, 77, Muncie died 2 Jul 2005 at Ball Memorial Hospital. She was born in Grenfield, 20 Se3p 1927 to Alma (Cross) Chapple and Vearle Chapple. Eva came to Muncie in 1942 and graduated from Muncie High School in 1945. She and her late husband, Guy R. Taylor owned and operated Roto-Rooter of Muncie. Eva attended Westminister Presbyterian Church; was past president of Soroptimist International; past Memorial Chairman of the American Heart Association and past Memorial Chairman of the American Cancer Society.
Survivors include one son, Robert W. Taylor, Muncie; one daughter Barbara Crookston, (husband-Jim), Muncie; six grandchildren, Steven Taylor,(wife-Jerri), Winchester; Noah Taylor, (wife-Lisa), Indianapolis; Andrew Crookston, Muncie; Angela Wagoner, (husand-Brandon), Muncie; James A. Taylor, (wife-Tami), Columbus, OH and Sean Taylor, Maryland; nine great-grandchildren, Austin Taylor; Nathan Taylor; Emily Taylor; Amanda Taylor; Tyler Taylor; Nicholas Crooston; Jaden Wgoner; Ambri Taylor; and Zachary Taylor.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Guy R. Taylor; second husband Byron Carrier; one son, James R. Taylor; and four sisters.
Burial was in the Elm Ridge Mausoleum. Memorials could be made to the Oncology Dept, Ball Memorial Hospital, Muncie.
