BRENDA KAY SKINNER, 64, Jacksonville passed from this life on December 19, 2018. She was born May 21, 1954 in Texarkana, Arkansas to the late Clyde Willie Franklin and Geneva Charlene Williams Franklin. Brenda was a Christian who enjoyed reading and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by brother, Shirley Joe Franklin; and sister, Mary Ann Franklin. Survivors include her husband, Terrence Skinner; children, Rebecca (Butch) Graddy of Sherwood, Teressa Skinner of Jacksonville, Lisa (Greg) Frey of Jacksonville, Josh Gretzmier of Jacksonville, Saundra Arnold of Texarkana, Texas; grandchildren, Cody Graddy, Annabella Frey and Abigail Frey. Other survivors include siblings, James W. (Pong) Franklin of San Antonio, Texas, Toni Fletcher of Jacksonville and Clyde W. Franklin Jr. of Conway; along with a host of extended family and friends.
