Ruby, Mabel, daughter of Mrs. Magdalena and the late Christian Ruby; born Dec. 13, 1905; died in Stratford General Hospital after being struck by a train on Aug. 15; aged 52 y. 8m. 2 d. Survivors: her mother, 3 brothers (Isaac and Benjamin, East Zorra; and Orlando, Wilmont Twp., Ont.), and 6 sisters (Clara-Mrs. Ezra Bender, Delilah-Mrs. Aaron Bender, and Anna-Mrs. Lorne Bender, all of East Zorra; Salena-Mrs. Mahlon Bender, Wilmot; Emma-Mrs. Wilfred Schlegel, and Gladys-Mrs. Floyd Ropp, Ailsa Craig). Two brothers preceded her in death. Member of East Zorra A.M. Church, where funeral services were held in charge of Dan Wagler and Henry Yantz; burial in adjoining cemetery.
