Mr. Billy C. Bell age 84 of McMinnville, TN, died Thursday, February 20, 2020, at his residence. He was born on March 17, 1935, in Warren County, TN, was a maintenance worker at Oster and later owned his own business, and he was a member of Bratchers Crossroads Free Methodist Church. Mr. Bell was preceded in death by his parents Leighmon M. and Elsie Robinson Bell, brother and sister-in-law Glen and Sue Bell, and son Billy Lynn Bell.
Survivors include his wife of 54 years Mary Bell, children Scott (Patricia) Bell, Rebekah (Jeff) Acre, and Susan Atwood, brother Danny (Brenda) Bell, grandchildren Kayla Bell, Attonda Bell, Taylor Bell, Toni Bell, Alicia Rodriquez, Adam Lara, Ana Torres, Sara Torres, Angela Marcum, Katelyn Marcum, Shayna Acre, Wyatt Marcum, Jordan Acre, McKenzie Acre, Randy Atwood, Brooke Atwood, and Ginalynn Hertwig, and great grandchildren Braxton Bell, Trevor Bell, Syren Bell, Camila Rodriguez, Cristian Rodriguez, Sawyer Marcum, Nova Donahue, Noah Acre, and Ian Acre. Many family friends also survive.
Funeral service is scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Sunday, February 23, 2020, at the McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel. Bobby Wheeler will officiate. Interment will follow at Gardens of Memory Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday from 3:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. and again Sunday from 12:00 P.M. until the time of service at the parlors of McMinnville Funeral Home.
