Indiana State Board of Health Certificate of Death No. 6, page 65 for Jackson Township, Brown County records that Infant McCoy, white male, age one day, died about 7 p.m. on March 21, 1904 in Jackson Township. The cause of death was "Collapse", due to "Cyannosis"[sic]. He was the son of Lewis McCoy, born in Monroe County, and his mother's maiden name was McClary, and she was born in Brown County. The informant was George H. Richards, and no undertaker, or place of burial was noted.
