The cause of death was "Collapse", due to "Cyannosis"[sic]. He was the son of Lewis McCoy, born in Monroe County, and his mother's maiden name was McClary, and she was born in Brown County. The informant was George H. Richards, and no undertaker, or place of burial was noted.
