Julie Ann Powell, 63, of Otway, Ohio passed away on Monday, February 17, 2020 at Southern Ohio Medical Center Hospice Center in Portsmouth, Ohio. She was born March 14, 1956 in Portsmouth, Ohio daughter of Leroy and Hatti Webb Montgomery. On October 17, 1975 Julie was united in marriage to Paul Powell who survives. Also surviving are two daughters and husbands; two granddaughters; two grandsons; a sister and husband; a niece and husband and mother-in-law. Julie is preceded in death by her father-in-law, Paul Eugene Powell.
Julie was a homemaker and a member of Oswego Community Church.
Graveside services will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday, February 21, 2020 at Garvin Cemetery in Otway with Pastor Danny Powell officiating.
Donations may be made in Julie’s name to SOMC Hospice, 2201 25th Street, Portsmouth, Ohio 45662.
