Frances Siegrist, 90 died March 6, 1999, at the Good Samaritan Center, Hutchinson.

She was born April 24, 1908, in Reno County, the daughter of Richard and Mattie Love French. A lifetime Hutchinson resident, she was a homemaker and a bookkeeper for Ultch Lumber in Pretty Prairie.

She attended Partridge Community Church.

On September 8, 1925, she married M. L. "Shorty" Siegrist in Reno County. He died August 15, 1994

Survivors include: a son, Richard, Sterling; a sister Alice Perkins, Hutchinson; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Richard; ans a sister, Susie Griffin.

Graveside service will be 3:30 p.m. Tuesday in Partridge Cemetery, with the Rev. Eric Zacharias presiding. Friends may call from 5 to 9 p.m. today and 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday at Elliott Mortuary.

Memorials may be sent to the Good Samaritan Center, to Elmgrove Estates, or to the donor's choice, all in care of the mortuary.
