Isaac served in the American Revolution as a Private in the Militia of Montgomery Co,Maryland, 3 rd Company.He signed the oath of fidelity and support to Maryland on the return of Will Deakins, Jr., dated 3 March 1778. He mrd Nancy Anne Riley daughter of Ninian and Elizabeth Taylor Riley. She is also buried in this cemetey.

This iron fence was installed in 2001 from donations taken up by Katie Belle Windsor Thomasson, and other family members & friends. Katie Belle Windsor Thomasson was the 3rd Great Granddaughter of Isaac & Nancy Ann Riley Windsor. She worked tirelessly for many years on the Windsor genealogy. We really miss you Katie.
