The funeral of Mr. LOUIS UMLAUFF, who died on Friday morning, aged 70 years, took place yesterday afternoon from the home of his son, Mr. John A. Umlauff, at Fullerson. Rev. Guthe, pastor of Jerusalem Evangelical Lutheran Church, Gardenville, officiated. Interment was in Baltimore Cemetery.
Mr. Umlauff was born in Hamburg, Germany, and came to America when a small boy. He was for a number of years engaged in business in Baltimore, and had resided in Fullerton only about 18 months.
His wife died in 1885. He is survived by two sons, Messrs. John Albert and William Henry Umlauff, and a daughter, Mrs. Elinore Keller.
