She was predeceased by : her parents, Robie Bloomfield and Edna Bloomfield (Evans); her husband David Baldwin; her siblings, Delores Koones, Wilma Bloomfield, Patricia Moneyhun, Fay Bloomfield, Janice Bloomfield and David Bloomfield; and her son James Bloomfield.
She is survived by : her children, David Baldwin (Shanna) of Forest, Candace Castle (Curtis) of Kenton, Teresa Baldwin (Jim) of Kenton, Ruth Sayre (Robert) of Kenton, Tammy, Nancy and Vanessa; and her sisters, Bernice Bloomfield of Bucyrus, Wanda Bloomfield of Maysville, KY and Martha Knell of Kentucky. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
