She married David Mabry Jackson at Hood River, Oregon, on December 24, 1908.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a. m. Saturday at the A. J. Rose & Son chapel for Mrs. Mary C. Jackson, 64, who died Wednesday after a long illness.

She was born in Umatilla county March 15, 1885, the daughter of pioneers of the area, Mr. and Mrs. B. F. Gerking. She was past noble grand of the Hazel Rebecca [sic] lodge 156, Portland, and of Winona lodge, 209, Hood River. She also was a member of Acreage Presbyterian church.

Survivors include the widower, David Mabry Jackson; a son, W. E. Jackson; four daughters, Lois Delaney, Florence Perkins and Lorraine Broadbent of Portland and Margaret Glover of Wheeler; a sister, Nona Dreske of Portland and 13 grandchildren.

Friends invited to attend funeral services Saturday, 10 am, at the Conservatory Chapel of A. J. Rose & Son, SE 6th and Alder. Vault entombment Portland crematorium.
