Burial will follow in the Hambey Cemeterey she was a member of the World War I Auxiliary. She commenced assuming responsibility at a very early age due to the illness of her mother and her being the eldest daughter in a family of six boys. After her own two sons were in school, she started working in the fruit packing plants in Watsonville.
