She was born December 12, 1934 in Mason City, Iowa the daughter of Strother and Sarah Wise.

Preceded in death by her husband, Thaddeus "Tad" Price and daughter, Dorthy Cottingham.

Sarah is survived by her daughters, Patty (Chris) Klein, Mari (Dan) Larson and Nancy (Lonnie Zubrod) Price, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Sarah was a member of the Grand Chapter of Minnesota Eastern Star.

She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
