Wauneta I. Dohle, 85, of Ft. Scott, Kansas, formerly longtime Crawford County resident, died at 9:15 A.M. Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at Medicalodges of Ft. Scott.

Mrs. Dohle was born September 17, 1933 at Mulberry, Kansas the daughter of Raymond and Ruby McDaniels Hartman. Wauneta was a homemaker and was a CNA at New Horizons at Pittsburg for many years. She was a lifelong resident of Crawford County. She was raised in Mulberry and attended Mulberry Schools. She married Junior Dohle on November 10, 1952 in Girard, Kansas. Mr. Dohle preceded her in death July 21, 1977. Survivors include two daughters, Molly (Bill) Breckenridge of Nevada, Missouri and Micky (Buddy) Ryan of Mulberry, four sons, Sam (Cheryl) Dohle of Liberal, Missouri, Jesse (Vickie) Dohle of Tonganoxie, Kansas, Delbert Dohle of Mulberry, and Tom (April) Dohle of Tonganoxie, Kansas, a sister, Nadine Richards of Appleton City, Missouri, six brothers, Jim Hartman of Girard, Bob Hartman of Galena, Bill and Raymond Hartman of Oklahoma, Arthur Hartman of Sand Springs, Oklahoma, and Larry Hartman of Joplin, Missouri, twenty grandchildren, and thirty eight great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Junior, a sister, Myrtle Dohle, and two brothers, Jack and Don Hartman.

Funeral services will be at 10 A.M. Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at the Bedene Funeral Home at Arma, Kansas with Rev. Larry Hartman officiating. Burial will be at the Rosebank Cemetery at Mulberry, Kansas. The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 P.M. Tuesday, December 17, 2018 at the Bedene Chapel. The family suggests memorials to the Mulberry Funeral Dinner Fund. Donations may be sent to or left at the Bedene Funeral Home, 517 E. Washington, Box 621, Arma, Kansas 66712.
