Elgin of Santa Rosa, devoted father of Dula Olivarez, Pauline Rocca, Cedra Elgin, Rita Elgin, Mrs. H Long, George Elgin, Anthony Elgin, Thomas Bacca, all of Santa Rosa: Helen Elgin, Elsie Lozento, Juanita Carno, all of Windsor, Alfred Elgin of Healdsburg brother, Edward Elgin, of Lakeport: a sister, Mrs. Mabel Krug of Hopland.
Also survived by grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. A native of California.

The Rosary will be recited Monday. June 25, at 8 p.m. at the Lafferty & Smith Chapel. Mr. Elgin will lie in state at the family residence, 587 Millbrae Ave., Santa Rosa, until 3 p m. Monday, June 25.
