Survived by loving mother, Betty Hawkins; brother, David (Carolyn) Hawkins, Jr.; sisters, Marianne (David) Meriwether and Marilyn Hawkins; nieces and nephews, Donnie Hawkins, Leanne Hawkins, Jaime (Kevin) Hayes, Scott (Anne) Meriwether and Laura (Brandon) Grass; and several great nieces and great nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, January 14, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at Woodbine Funeral Home, Hickory Chapel, 5852 Nolensville Road by Rev. James Melrose.
Interment Woodlawn Cemetery.
