Son of Donald and Mary (Horeji) Graham. He graduated from Dunkerton High School in 1982. He then served in the United States Army until his honorable discharge in 1987.
On June 19, 1998, he was united in marriage to Tammy Walker at the Little Brown Church in Nashua. Jeff was employed for 25 years with Air Methods Corp as an air care mechanic and then was named Regional Maintenance Director. He worked for Ritel Copter Service for 30 years, the past three as a full time master mechanic.
Jeff was a longtime member of the Short Wing Piper Club and AOPA (Pilots Association). He enjoyed flying his airplane, gardening, fishing, remodeling older VW Beetles and "tinkering". He especially enjoyed time spent with his family.
He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Anton and Telora Horeji and paternal grandparents, Theadore and Marie Graham
